Product Overview

In a previous post, I discussed the importance of integrating project management with change management when leading organizational change. So, I thought it would be important to share an awesome resource that your organization would find helpful to build capacity in project management.

Simplilearn provides Project Management Professional (PMP) training designed to guarantee success on the first exam attempt for the participant looking to obtain their PMP designation. A hands-on training approach is used to offer eleven Project Management Certification Training Courses that encompasses the coveted credentials and proficiencies in project management required by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Simplilearn guarantees that completion of this training will ensure that the participant passes the exam on the first attempt and gains certification as a PMP.

Why Simplilearn Project Management Training?

Although project managers are seeing more jobs available nowadays, higher expectations and better credentials are also being required. Simplilearn is duly accredited to give various project management certification programs and recognized as a leading training provider in at least 135 countries.

“Your Pace, Your Place!”

Do you prefer online training or classroom training? How about both! Yes, Simplilearn offers most of its courses as 100 percent online or as classroom training or both. Training courses include hardcopy course materials, possible exam questions discussion, free preparation tests, and access to online groups and professional discussion forums. The best part…you receive training by seasoned project managers and certified instructors.

What’s In It For You?

  • The live online course allows you to keep studying even when you are not in class by including full access to all of the online materials available in the Self-Learning course.
  • 86 PDUs are much more than most competitors offer.

Why Do I Recommend This Training?

Although project managers are seeing more jobs available nowadays, higher expectations and better credentials are also being required. Research shows that project managers with a PMP certification have higher salaries than project managers without a PMP. In the unlikely event that you do not pass the first exam, another bonus with Simplilearn is that for their 4-day PMP Bootcamp, the re-examination fee is paid by Simplilearn and the remaining amount is refunded if you do not pass the exam.

As a seasoned PMP with many years of senior and executive leadership experience, a PMP provides the leadership competency required to lead organizational change in today’s fast-paced world!

About Miles

Hey everyone, I am Miles and I have been learning about and “practicing” change management over the past 10 years. During this period, I have learned, applied, evaluated and started over…learning from evaluation, applying lessons learned, evaluating…what seems like a million cycles. I have tried just about every change management approach on the planet and each of them has pros and cons recognizing that not one organizational change initiative looks exactly the same.

Project management is certainly something that a start-up company like ours need. A lot of times, I notice we are running on tangents and were often late for our deadlines.

Simplilearn sounds like an affordable solution, I want to know more about its’ training though. How are the courses organized and who are the instructors?

    Thanks for sharing!

    Cheers,
    Anh

Hi Anh and thanks for your comment and question. The model of learning uses online classroom training and is live training conducted via online live streaming of a class. The session is run by a PMP certified trainer (all trainers are PMP certified with many years of experience) with over 15 years of work experience in the domain and training. The class attended is by a global audience that enriches your learning experience. Another great service is that recordings of the sessions attended by you are available for your future references. The bottom line is that all courses and the exam are approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI) which is the organization responsible for authenticating PMP requirements and holds all service providers to the highest standard as a worldwide organization. Does this information help or is there something more I could provide?

Hi, Simplilearn sounds like a great way to get qualified as a PMP. I have been thinking of learning more about project management due to my business starting to take off, and needing to organize myself better.
I have a question how long does it normally take to complete the course ? Is there a time limit ?
I dont have much spare time at the moment for new learning.

With this form of project management training such as the Simplilearn Project Management course you are talking about in your article, I take it is a basic training that can be applied to many different business concepts and still be effective?

The reason I ask this is I run a contracting business for home renovations and would like to know if this training platform works for foremen etc.
